Meet Romuald Antoine, the founder of Zenergia.

Romuald is a certified nutritionist, experience designer, and AI-driven entrepreneur building cloud-native wellness platforms for high-performing leaders. His work blends nutrition science, behavioral design, immersive experiences, and artificial intelligence to deliver personalized, scalable wellness solutions.

As a serial founder, Romuald most recently built a digital health startup focused on improving health literacy and addressing chronic disease through data-driven platforms. He has been featured in Men’s Health Magazine, Black Enterprise, USA Today, and Train Magazine for his work at the intersection of health, performance, and technology.

With over 12 years of experience designing and producing large-scale wellness experiences and leadership programs, Romuald brings a systems-level approach to human performance. What differentiates his work is the use of AI models, real-time data inputs, and cloud infrastructure to transform traditionally manual, one-off wellness experiences into continuous, adaptive digital products.

Zenergia was created from firsthand experience navigating high-pressure leadership environments. While building companies and managing competing demands, Romuald recognized that traditional wellness models—static retreats, generic nutrition plans, and disconnected tools—do not scale or adapt to real-world leadership needs.

Instead of building another event-based offering, he designed Zenergia as a cloud-native platform, leveraging AI-driven personalization, nutrition intelligence, immersive virtual environments, and secure data pipelines to support leaders continuously. The platform is built to scale globally, adapt in real time, and integrate emerging technologies as they evolve.

The name Zenergia—a fusion of zen and energia (energy in Spanish)—reflects this vision: clarity, vitality, and intelligent system design for modern leadership.
